When I tried using the Dell back up I got this error: "Dell Data Safe Local Backup has not been able to detect the Recovery I had in the past created the three disc System Recovery Disc using this software. I also tried to use the Dell Sate Local Backup. Long story short I got an error message, "The takes image is corrupt or has been tampered with". Recommended that I back up to my external hard drive which is what I selected. The comment: Window's backup has not been set up.
